Complete Guidance from Zero to Hero
When I was in college I began looking to start a strength training regime. I thought to myself, "I wish there was a comprehensive guide to go from zero to muscle." Luckily for me there was. The guide included everything I needed to meet my goals.
Soon I found my passion for triathlon and I wondered if there was a similar product. Unfortunately, there wasn't. As a result, I had to source info from hundreds of websites, friends, and trainers. I had to hire coaches, trainers, and nutritionists to compete in my first race.
Triathlon info was sporadic and poorly organized. It made it really difficult to break into the sport. The barriers to entry seemed huge.
It wasn't until my first race that I realized these were false barriers. I saw everyone from 8 year olds to 85 year olds competing. There were people of every shape, size, and background. It was then that I realized I had to break down the barriers to entry.
Triathlon training is intimidating. You have to learn to compete in three sports. It is hard enough to learn how one! I believe triathlons should not be intimidating.
Other sites over complicate training making a zero to race journey seem impossible. I have chronicled my version through multisport showing that you can compete in multisport. I include EVERYTHING you need to know about training from nutrition to race week preparation.
You will be able to follow my journey and be better able to anticipate the trials and tribulations. I can break down the barriers to entry that others have instituted. I know you can find the passion for multisport that I have found.
